Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to assist clients.
- Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role preferred.
- Some college coursework preferred.
- Familiarity with case management software preferred.
- Availability for weekday shifts and potentially weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents.
- Gather essential information regarding accidents and legal representation needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures.
- Collect and document case details to assist attorneys.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while updating electronic systems.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and track data using Excel.
- Provide administrative assistance and collaborate with the legal team.
