Requirements
- United States Citizenship
- Experience managing customer-facing cases through the full support lifecycle
- Strong Linux systems administration knowledge
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Ruby or Bash) and model-view-controller frameworks (Ruby on Rails)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures
- Experience with container-orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Understanding of information security and compliance concepts (DISA STIG, SELinux)
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and empathetically
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with public sector and government customers to resolve technical issues in secure, air-gapped, or regulated environments.
- Perform hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tools to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior.
- Partner with Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to identify root causes and drive durable fixes.
- Create and update reusable technical documentation and support content to improve self-service capabilities.
- Build and refine internal support tools, automation, and troubleshooting utilities.
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations to support mission-critical self-managed deployments.
- Act as a stable counterpart to cross-functional teams and participate in hiring and interviewing processes.
