  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proven experience managing and supervising employees.
  • Exceptional experience in leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Experience with performance management.
  • Experience with data input and case review.
  • Ability to build rapport and confidence with team members.
  • Ability to motivate teams to meet or exceed case management targets.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to leverage technology for issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain poise and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages are highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the direct point-of-contact for team member inquiries and resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Manage team performance through consistent communication, feedback, and active motivation.
  • Monitor daily workflows to ensure adherence to standard policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying system or workflow opportunities.
  • Assist management with interview processes and the training of new team members.
