Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Sabre GDS experience in a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company.
- Proven ability to independently create PNRs, price fares, issue tickets, and manage exchanges/refunds.
- Ability to manage Sabre queue workflows.
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding passenger data and booking information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to issue escalation.
- Experience with luxury travel or premium hospitality environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with airline loyalty programs and award bookings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre.
- Price itineraries, validate fares, and issue electronic tickets using Sabre.
- Process ticket exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds according to airline policies.
- Monitor Sabre queues and active reservations to ensure timely request handling.
- Perform quality checks to verify passenger information, payment details, and fare conditions.
- Collaborate with client service teams to coordinate urgent requests and documentation.
- Escalate booking issues, system errors, and complex cases as needed.
- Contribute feedback to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
