Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Sabre GDS experience in a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company.
  • Proven ability to independently create PNRs, price fares, issue tickets, and manage exchanges/refunds.
  • Ability to manage Sabre queue workflows.
  • Strong understanding of airline fare rules.
  • Exceptional attention to detail regarding passenger data and booking information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to issue escalation.
  • Experience with luxury travel or premium hospitality environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with airline loyalty programs and award bookings is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre.
  • Price itineraries, validate fares, and issue electronic tickets using Sabre.
  • Process ticket exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds according to airline policies.
  • Monitor Sabre queues and active reservations to ensure timely request handling.
  • Perform quality checks to verify passenger information, payment details, and fare conditions.
  • Collaborate with client service teams to coordinate urgent requests and documentation.
  • Escalate booking issues, system errors, and complex cases as needed.
  • Contribute feedback to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
