Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with members, team members, and leaders regarding account updates.
- Utilize resources to contact members and document accounts with detailed notes.
- Listen for trigger words to identify assistance options like workouts and forbearance.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements to reduce financial losses.
- Stay available for calls while providing exceptional member service.
- Maintain acceptable quality assurance audit scores and adhere to FDCPA guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies for lowering delinquency and charge-offs.
