  • Listen for trigger words to identify assistance options like workouts and forbearance.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements to reduce financial losses.
  • Stay available for calls while providing exceptional member service.
  • Maintain acceptable quality assurance audit scores and adhere to FDCPA guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lowering delinquency and charge-offs.
