Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP level) within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience owning the end-to-end experience across a full product portfolio.
- Deep experience in B2B Revenue, CRM, or Sales Technology.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI-native products.
- Understanding of UX challenges in prompt engineering, model transparency, and trust in automated workflows.
- Ability to oscillate between high-level strategy and granular design system details.
- Experience implementing design thinking and agile UX methodologies at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a cohesive UX strategy across the full product suite.
- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap and ensure vision is grounded in user needs.
- Lead the evolution of the platform into an AI-first experience, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead, scale, and inspire a high-performing global team of approximately 17 designers.
- Oversee the design system to ensure UI consistency, accessibility, and development velocity.
- Champion a research-led culture using qualitative and quantitative insights for product decisions.
