Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency environments.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts with annual revenues exceeding $2.5 million.
- Proven experience serving as a strategic and business advisor to senior marketing, commercial, or medical affairs stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience overseeing, mentoring, and developing account management professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and contribute to business profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead strategic partner for a portfolio of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients.
- Develop annual strategic plans and guide integrated programs to align with client business objectives.
- Ensure all work is executed on time and within budget.
- Lead internal account teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development support to staff.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and participate in new business initiatives and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize value for both clients and the organization.
