Requirements

- Minimum of 10-12 years of market access experience in biotech pharmaceuticals.
- At least 5 years of experience calling on national accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of payer/PBM economics and the US healthcare landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply insights to drive account performance.
- Ability to prioritize top accounts using data and personal intelligence.
- Strategic thinking capability suited for a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Willingness to undertake some international travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rapid review and formulary adoption of products to maintain parity with competitors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic payer accounts and senior executives to communicate the value story.
- Navigate complex payer organizations to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Secure coverage and formulary positioning in alignment with commercial goals.
- Lead the full lifecycle of contract negotiations, including initiation, management, and ROI evaluation.
- Collaborate with regional sales directors to identify and execute access pull-through opportunities.
- Represent the company at key industry conferences such as AMCP, Asembia, and PCMA.
- Manage budget proposals and represent the company in cross-functional strategic planning.
