Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods.
  • Strong expertise in brand building and driving integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven experience with mass media, performance marketing, and influencer marketing in the UK market.
  • Hands-on experience in digital-first environments driving D2C and retail media.
  • Over 1 year of active experience working with TikTok.
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional partners and agencies to execute at pace.
  • Experience using data and insights to drive marketing strategy and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK brand and marketing strategy to drive penetration, trial, and distribution.
  • Adapt global channel, assortment, and activation playbooks to local UK market needs.
  • Define the marketing activation calendar and lead 360° campaigns across performance marketing, TikTok, and retail media.
  • Collaborate with commercial, D2C, and influencer teams to ensure maximum campaign impact.
  • Deliver a consistent brand experience across all D2C and retail channels while acting as the local brand guardian.
  • Track brand metrics and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and actionable plans.
