Requirements

- Experience managing candidate pipelines and achieving hiring targets.
- Proficiency with social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Experience using recruiting tools or platforms such as Vivien.
- Capability to conduct thorough prescreening interviews.
- Strong organizational skills for managing candidate documentation and records.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York Time).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified travel nurse candidates using social media, Vivien, and internal databases.
- Prescreen candidates to assess interest, availability, and suitability for specific travel assignments.
- Match candidate qualifications and specialty experience to open job opportunities.
- Collect and verify all required submission documentation such as resumes, references, and nursing licenses.
- Ensure candidates are fully prepared and organized for submission to open opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach, recruitment activity, and status updates.
