- Source talent by posting roles and building pipelines through social media and LinkedIn, including passive sourcing for difficult positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial requirements, including video introductions and role-specific assessments.
- Schedule and conduct talent acquisition interviews.
- Write clear candidate profilers and endorse top talent to hiring leaders.
- Coordinate interviews with Ops Leads and Executives and manage stakeholder communication through to offer.
- Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions.
- Submit a daily end-of-day report on pipeline activity.
