Requirements

  • 2+ years of US recruiting experience hiring for US-based companies or clients.
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and offer coordination.
  • Strong sourcing instincts on LinkedIn and social media.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Organized and self-directed approach to managing multiple open roles.
  • Ability to work US hours with flexibility across regions.
  • Comfortable building a visible recruiting presence online.
  • Experience recruiting in Philippines or Latin America markets (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Source talent by posting roles and building pipelines through social media and LinkedIn, including passive sourcing for difficult positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial requirements, including video introductions and role-specific assessments.
  • Schedule and conduct talent acquisition interviews.
  • Write clear candidate profilers and endorse top talent to hiring leaders.
  • Coordinate interviews with Ops Leads and Executives and manage stakeholder communication through to offer.
  • Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions.
  • Submit a daily end-of-day report on pipeline activity.
