Requirements
- 2+ years of solid sourcing experience for operations and engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience sourcing technical talent (software engineers).
- Understanding of tech stacks to differentiate strong profiles from keyword matches.
- Experience with an ATS (Workable a plus).
- Disciplined pipeline hygiene.
- Excellent written English.
- Organized, responsive, and self-directed.
- Comfortable working US hours.
- Filipino or Philippine-based residency.
Responsibilities
- Headhunt passive talent for roles in the Philippines, Latin America, and the US.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen resumes to identify top profiles for TA Specialists.
- Manage the candidate email inbox from application through onboarding.
- Send initial requirements and follow up until completion.
- Move candidates through hiring stages in Workable to keep the pipeline updated.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support offer and onboarding coordination with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
