Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations.
- Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA setting strongly preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment processes highly preferred.
- Knowledge of New York State LBA licensure and BCBA-to-LBA pathway.
- Prior HRIS administration experience required; Zoho or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive professional information with discretion.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tracking tools and professional communication platforms.
- Must possess a primary internet connection (15 Mbps) and backup connection (10 Mbps).
- Must have a reliable home office setup including desktop/laptop (i5/i3/Ryzen 5) with 8GB RAM, webcam, and noise-canceling USB headset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract Licensed Behavior Analysts across New York.
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for BCBAs pursuing New York State LBA licensure.
- Facilitate and track Medicaid provider enrollment for all incoming and active LBAs.
- Maintain a master tracking system for credential expiration, renewal deadlines, and continuing education.
- Update and maintain accurate LBA records within the HRIS system.
- Support HR operations during audits and assist with process improvement initiatives.
