Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Zoho preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently meet weekly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Self-directed and results-oriented with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup) and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Hardware: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or Core i3 (10th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5, with 8GB RAM.
Responsibilities
- Actively source Behavioral Technician and on-call candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Post and maintain job listings across active recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate eligibility, availability, and interest.
- Schedule qualified candidates for new hire orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and pipeline tracking within the Zoho ATS.
- Ensure data integrity and timely entry of all candidate information.
- Submit weekly pipeline reports to the HR Director regarding sourcing and hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with intake and coordination teams to align recruiting with operational needs.
