Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency or billing consultant capacity
- Proven and demonstrable placement history with clear billing performance and fees generated
- Strong background recruiting across luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer markets
- Experience recruiting for international markets such as Australia, Singapore, Dubai or wider APAC and Middle East regions
- Exceptional written and spoken English for high-level international client and candidate communication
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of fees, billing targets and business development
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct sourcing tools and recruitment CRMs
- Ability to work independently and with high accountability in a fully remote environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality and head office support roles
- Source, approach and engage high-calibre active and passive candidates across international markets
- Conduct detailed candidate screening, interviews and assessments
- Manage client briefings and maintain strong client relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong talent pools across Australia, Singapore and Dubai
- Contribute to business development through market intelligence and talent insights
- Maintain accurate records within recruitment CRM and internal systems
- Travel internationally for client meetings, market visits and business development
