Requirements

- Prior experience with outreach (e.g., cold calling, fundraising, real estate, or internships) is a plus.
- Proficiency with GSuite.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify businesses suited to Uncapped's working capital financing products.
- Source leads via multi-channel outreach campaigns including social selling, email, community-based prospecting, and cold calling.
- Develop and nurture a lead pipeline, providing accurate flow predictions and leveraging CRM systems.
- Design and implement creative outreach strategies in collaboration with sales leaders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the working capital funding market and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the development of sales systems, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls and support throughout the sales cycle.
