Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related scientific or technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences.
- Fluency in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
- Must be able to travel within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional business development strategy and translate launch goals into actionable country plans.
- Identify, secure, and convert early adopter and lighthouse accounts for new product launches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Applications, Service, and Supply Chain for launch readiness.
- Equip country sales teams with necessary tools, value propositions, and deal support to improve win rates.
- Capture and integrate market feedback to influence pricing, product roadmaps, and go-to-market execution.
- Drive the transition of products from pilot wins to scalable, repeatable adoption across EMEA.
