Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, technical sales, or ecosystem growth.
  • Understanding of Web3, Ethereum, cybersecurity, or developer tooling markets.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with both commercial and technical audiences.
  • Comfort initiating relationships through thoughtful outbound activity.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-ups.
  • Ability to introduce structure without unnecessary administration.
  • Clear writing skills to explain technical products professionally.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and events.
  • Experience in an evolving market where processes are not yet established.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients for security assessment and engineering services.
  • Build relationships with founders, engineers, security leaders, and investors across Web3.
  • Develop commercial and ecosystem relationships for Secstant and Bombora.
  • Manage commercial conversations and coordinate technical discussions with directors and engineering teams.
  • Implement and maintain CRM and business development processes.
  • Establish reporting metrics for pipeline generation, conversion, and sales cycles.
  • Support product discovery by gathering feedback from prospective users.
  • Contribute to proposals, go-to-market planning, and written marketing content.
  • Represent Sigma Prime at industry conferences and events internationally.
