Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, technical sales, or ecosystem growth.
- Understanding of Web3, Ethereum, cybersecurity, or developer tooling markets.
- Ability to communicate credibly with both commercial and technical audiences.
- Comfort initiating relationships through thoughtful outbound activity.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-ups.
- Ability to introduce structure without unnecessary administration.
- Clear writing skills to explain technical products professionally.
- Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and events.
- Experience in an evolving market where processes are not yet established.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients for security assessment and engineering services.
- Build relationships with founders, engineers, security leaders, and investors across Web3.
- Develop commercial and ecosystem relationships for Secstant and Bombora.
- Manage commercial conversations and coordinate technical discussions with directors and engineering teams.
- Implement and maintain CRM and business development processes.
- Establish reporting metrics for pipeline generation, conversion, and sales cycles.
- Support product discovery by gathering feedback from prospective users.
- Contribute to proposals, go-to-market planning, and written marketing content.
- Represent Sigma Prime at industry conferences and events internationally.
