Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or Business Development Manager experience in consulting or services-led environments.
- Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
- Experience selling technology services and managing client negotiations.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable mindset.
- Comfortable working independently without detailed day-to-day supervision.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
- Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound email, calls, and social channels.
- Coordinate discovery and qualification conversations.
- Partner with leadership to close deals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings with 40% travel expected.
