Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and industry trend analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person engagements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong business and technological acumen.
  • Experience engaging with senior-level customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan for high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales Engineers to determine pricing and servicing needs.
  • Partner with support teams and category experts to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
  • Build and deliver tailored sales presentations virtually and in-person.
  • Map sales strategies for large accounts and leverage category expertise to close deals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to address customer challenges.
  • Utilize sales tools to prioritize activities and document customer engagements.
