Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional B2B outside sales experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sales preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong consultative selling expertise across short and long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with mid- to senior-level contacts.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent time management and self-directed work habits.
  • Must be located in Chicago, IL or Tampa, FL.
  • Available for approximately 20% travel to stores and customers within the assigned district.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business prospects within SMB to mid-market segments.
  • Execute direct outreach and cold calling to develop relationships with decision makers.
  • Generate sales quotes and lead presentations tailored to customer business needs.
  • Collaborate with store teams and cross-functional partners to drive retail traffic and project sales.
  • Coach store associates on lead identification and submission processes.
  • Manage and maintain customer pipelines and records within Salesforce.
