Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or a marketplace with a luxury vertical.
- Proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and/or growing mid-market accounts.
- Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset focused on long-term account value.
- Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business and nurture existing relationships.
- Experience building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-starter capable of operating with ambiguity and creating structure.
- Data-driven approach using CRM and platform data to prioritize time.
- Excellent communication skills, credible with senior stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable with occasional travel to meet clients across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts and build tailored reactivation strategies.
- Prospect and develop new relationships with small-to-mid-size jewelry retailers across the US.
- Represent Nivoda at trade shows and face-to-face with key accounts across the country.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise SMB accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through to sustained revenue growth.
- Set up regular business reviews with key accounts to review purchasing activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Build multi-contact relationships within each account to deepen the company's footprint.
- Act as a product advocate and provide structured feedback to product and category teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the US jewelry retail market including buying cycles and margin pressures.
- Help shape the enterprise sales playbook as the first Enterprise Account Executive in the US.
