Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience in the iGaming industry in a senior-level B2B sales or business development role (platform or aggregation sales required).
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and manage a revenue pipeline independently.
- Good lead generating skills.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes in international markets.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and Africa as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive market mapping, inbound lead management, and conference/industry networking.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and presentations aligned to each prospect's business model and regional requirements.
- Act as the company's regional brand ambassador, representing us at key African iGaming and gaming industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (pipeline, contacts, deal stages, activities).
- Contribute to the development of the Africa go-to-market strategy, pricing approach, and partnership frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and technical teams to structure deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail across all commercial documentation, contracts, and client-facing materials.
