Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a business development or sales team is highly preferred
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful outbound business development strategies using email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Experience selling B2B professional services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, HR solutions, SaaS, or similar service-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable using time-trackers such as Time Doctor
  • Own reliable hardware including laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection with backup equipment for power and internet outages

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Lead, coach, and support the client acquisition team while setting sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Identify new business opportunities by determining target industries, ideal client profiles, and outreach priorities
  • Design, build, and optimize outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn sales campaigns
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by conducting discovery calls, client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, recommend tailored staffing and recruitment solutions, and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
  • Monitor pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and analyze sales and campaign data to continuously improve business development strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure the team consistently documents prospect and client interactions
  • Build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth, referrals, and additional services
