Requirements
- Strong experience in month-end close and financial reporting.
- Proven experience with complex balance sheet reconciliations.
- Proven experience with inventory accounting.
- Experience working within multi-client environments.
- Proficiency in Xero (essential).
- Experience with CIN7 or similar inventory systems (highly desirable).
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the month-end close process for the primary US-based client.
- Perform full balance sheet and inventory reconciliations including systems alignment with CIN7.
- Prepare and review monthly P&L and management reporting packs for lenders and stakeholders.
- Support cashflow reporting, working capital analysis, and US-based financial compliance filings.
- Execute month-end processes and variance analysis for a portfolio of Australian clients.
- Identify, implement, and standardize process improvements and workflows across multiple client accounts.
