Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role within an Agile SaaS environment.
- Proven experience with hands-on customer discovery and end-to-end backlog ownership.
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and ability to lead purposeful squad ceremonies.
- Ability to write clear, outcome-focused user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics and interpreting product usage data.
- Experience managing and evaluating inbound requests from non-technical stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of the boundary between Product Owner and engineering responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, synthesis, and documentation.
- Advantageous: background in marketing technology, content workflows, or Digital Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Own a defined area of the CMP product with full accountability for backlog quality and outcomes.
- Define clear outcome hypotheses and measurement mechanisms for all initiatives.
- Maintain a prioritized, clearly articulated backlog using outcome-focused user stories.
- Conduct direct customer discovery and maintain relationships to inform product decisions.
- Lead squad ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Evaluate inbound requests from commercial and Customer Success teams using an evidence-based approach.
- Ensure documentation readiness for technical writing ahead of every release.
