- 3+ years' experience as pre-sales engineer/solution consultant in an enterprise software environment, preferably marketing or advertising technology.
- 3+ years' experience with marketing/ad-tech solutions.
- Experience with content management/production is an asset
- Domain Knowledge/understanding of marketing operations
- Good understanding of API’s and Integrations
- Proficient in Cloud technologies and data management/analytics tools
- Provide the technical knowledge during the sales process to align customer requirements with solution capabilities.
- Work with customers to determine high-level solution architecture to support customer requirements, and with the Storyteq implementation team to translate requirements into solution design
- Create and deliver customized product demonstrations that communicate the Storyteq value proposition and differentiators.
- Is the primary liaison between the customer’s technical contacts and Storyteq product/engineering teams during the sales process
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, POCs, white papers, Webinars, and other sales and marketing programs to support Storyteq’s GTM efforts.
- Work with account executives on deal and account strategy.
- Is a resource for product management and marketing to guide product roadmaps and positioning.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our MarTech platform, including its features, functionality, and integrations.
- Understands the product category and Storyteq’s competitive positioning.
- Work with product teams to identify technical product limitations/opportunities for input into the product teams.
- Provides industry expertise and input around best practices for content operations.
- Work with internal teams to support employee product enablement.
- Provides initial high-level implementation estimates and is Liaison with professional services (implementation/delivery) and product teams.
- Provides solution design and scoping solution documentation as transition from new business award to implementation
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and integration needs.
