Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or product ownership.
- Strong emphasis on ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Demonstrated expertise in finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of operational finance workflows.
- Strong skills in systems thinking and process automation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of the Business Central ERP, from external tool integration through to the general ledger.
- Drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to define functional specifications and development priorities.
- Develop and manage a structured product backlog for ERP enhancements.
- Monitor ERP trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of ERP initiatives.
