Requirements
- 5–7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership.
- 3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
- Deep domain expertise in Financial Services (FSI) or Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS).
- Proven experience operating in a forward-deployed or embedded client-facing consulting capacity.
- Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical proficiency in GenAI/agentic patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- Knowledge of data fundamentals including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance.
- Familiarity with AWS, MLOps, and AI observability.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, BI platforms, and Git.
- Experience leading or contributing to 0-to-1 productized offerings.
Responsibilities
- Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for AI offerings and Blueprints.
- Build business cases including market fit and ROI, translating them into scoped statements of work.
- Run market and use-case validation, workshops, and user research to create demos and initial deployments.
- Act as a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) or Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in 'two-in-the-box' client teams.
- Implement solutions using the Anthropic-native toolset including Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, and MCP servers.
- Lead Agile execution including backlog management, sprint planning, and release processes.
- Define success metrics and develop reusable playbooks to scale impact across accounts.
