Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
8+ years in digital transformation, product/program management, or consulting.
4+ years delivering AI/ML and generative AI solutions in production.
1+ year delivering agentic AI solutions in production.
Demonstrated expertise with RAG, tool/function calling (MCP/API), autonomous AI, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Proven experience establishing governance, operating cadences, and delivery metrics.
Ability to influence without authority and lead senior stakeholder forums.
Strong understanding of prompt and configuration management.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and concurrent workstreams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven mindset.
Uninterrupted virtual workspace and minimum 25 Mbps internet speed required for remote work.

Own an enterprise portfolio of agentic AI use cases and multi-quarter roadmaps.
Define discovery frameworks to identify high-value agentic AI opportunities and solutions.
Build and defend business cases, ensuring benefits realization and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional squads to manage pilot and scaled deployments.
Implement controls for risk, compliance, data handling, and operational resilience.
Lead launch planning, training, and post-launch adoption efforts.
Advise executives on operating model changes and investment decisions.
Manage vendor and platform decisions, contracts, and performance.
