Requirements
- Several years of Account Management or related SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability in retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Experience building key customer relationships with decision makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to create and execute sales motion and tactics to grow revenue per account.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including pipeline development and forecasting.
- Business fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn complex product solutions.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle for a book of business.
- Identify new expansion, upsell and cross-sell business opportunities.
- Present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers.
- Own the customer relationship and complete the cycle from sale to business completion.
- Design solutions to meet the unique communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
- Generate customer retention initiatives and participate in strategic events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
