Requirements

  • Several years of Account Management or related SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in retaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Experience building key customer relationships with decision makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and execute sales motion and tactics to grow revenue per account.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn complex product solutions.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle for a book of business.
  • Identify new expansion, upsell and cross-sell business opportunities.
  • Present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers.
  • Own the customer relationship and complete the cycle from sale to business completion.
  • Design solutions to meet the unique communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Generate customer retention initiatives and participate in strategic events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
