Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing accounts payable functions.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience with ability to lead both hourly and salaried employees.
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor management, and master data management.
- Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP implementations, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Ability to leverage technology and financial systems to improve decision-making and operational scalability.
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and GAAP standards.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with complex financial datasets and developing business reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, including supervisors, coordinators, and processors.
- Manage daily accounts payable operations across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, including vendor management, invoice processing, and master data administration.
- Oversee travel and expense platforms and corporate card programs.
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, Merchandising, Engineering, and Financial Systems teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Manage monthly accounts payable close activities, including AP aging reviews, reconciliation, and GRNI account oversight.
- Develop reporting, metrics, and analytics to monitor operational performance.
- Promote the thoughtful adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance finance operations.
- Prepare financial analyses, schedules, and documentation to support audits, tax requirements, and compliance activities.
