Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Experience in business development, account management, and partnership growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian travel market.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and business insights.
  • Experience with API-based commercial partnerships or technology integrations is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, providing first-level support and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Deliver product training and guidance to partners, helping them maximize the value of available solutions.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and manage commercial agreements, including documentation processes and technical implementation requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
