Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, preferably within the travel industry.
- Experience in business development, account management, and partnership growth.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian travel market.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and business insights.
- Experience with API-based commercial partnerships or technology integrations is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market presence within the assigned territory.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, providing first-level support and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Deliver product training and guidance to partners, helping them maximize the value of available solutions.
- Negotiate, prepare, and manage commercial agreements, including documentation processes and technical implementation requirements.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
