Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
  • Focus on business development and account management of B2B companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
  • Competence in API technology deals is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and expand presence in the assigned territory.
  • Sign up new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs and provide them with system training.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, including providing the first level of support.
  • Execute and manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup.
  • Control partner compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows.
  • Spend approximately 50% of working time on business trips for client meetings and industry events.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.
