Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success.
  • Proven experience within B2B SaaS or software industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple SMB accounts.
  • History of meeting revenue or retention goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Consultative approach to selling.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SMB customers.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
  • Drive contract renewals and promote additional SaaS modules and services.
  • Manage a defined book of business to achieve revenue targets through pipeline management.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to address issues and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce for forecasts and account activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, and Product Management teams.
