Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams.
  • Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $15-20M+ annually.
  • Proven success negotiating deals above $100k in ACV.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development.
  • Strong ability to build account plans and track individual performance against plans.
  • Demonstrated track record of accurately forecasting team pipelines and identifying trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Calendly, and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, hire, and nurture a world-class account management team.
  • Manage and report key weekly/monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify campaigns that drive qualified leads and grow pipelines.
  • Support client communications and team operations using tools including Salesforce, Gainsight, Inbox AI, Atlassian Suite, and Zendesk.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic department-wide initiatives.
