Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams.
- Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $15-20M+ annually.
- Proven success negotiating deals above $100k in ACV.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development.
- Strong ability to build account plans and track individual performance against plans.
- Demonstrated track record of accurately forecasting team pipelines and identifying trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Calendly, and DocuSign.
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, hire, and nurture a world-class account management team.
- Manage and report key weekly/monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify campaigns that drive qualified leads and grow pipelines.
- Support client communications and team operations using tools including Salesforce, Gainsight, Inbox AI, Atlassian Suite, and Zendesk.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic department-wide initiatives.
