Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing.
  • 3+ years building and executing ABM or ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in a developer tools, SaaS, or technical platform company.
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline and influencing revenue through account-based programs.
  • Experience supporting complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing platforms (e.g., Demandbase).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and intent data providers.
  • Experience building audience segmentation frameworks and personalized content strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to execute and scale enterprise ABX programs.
  • Run weekly account pod meetings with AEs and SDRs to align on priority accounts and engagement insights.
  • Build, launch, and optimize 1:few and 1:many ABX programs across digital, events, email, and paid channels.
  • Develop account segmentation, vertical-specific campaigns, and personalized content experiences.
  • Measure ABX effectiveness across account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine targeting and program performance.
