Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience, primarily as an Account Manager.
  • Proven ability to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Experience growing existing account bases, pitching new products, and negotiating.
  • Experience maintaining a minimum of 95% renewal revenue.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Experience driving process improvement and building new processes in a startup environment.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
  • High-degree of empathy and executive presence.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal teams.
  • Travel required.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing top-tier and strategic customer accounts.
  • Drive immediate onboarding activities such as integrations and training for new customers.
  • Own and nurture relationships to increase adoption, ensure retention, and expand revenue.
  • Establish partnership with customers to build Account Plans and define key performance indicators.
  • Measure and monitor customer's achievement of critical KPIs.
  • Establish regular cadence with clients including discovery meetings and executive business reviews.
  • Identify, manage, and close up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales processes and product roadmaps.
