Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience, primarily as an Account Manager.
- Proven ability to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Experience growing existing account bases, pitching new products, and negotiating.
- Experience maintaining a minimum of 95% renewal revenue.
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
- Experience driving process improvement and building new processes in a startup environment.
- Strong leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
- High-degree of empathy and executive presence.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal teams.
- Travel required.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing top-tier and strategic customer accounts.
- Drive immediate onboarding activities such as integrations and training for new customers.
- Own and nurture relationships to increase adoption, ensure retention, and expand revenue.
- Establish partnership with customers to build Account Plans and define key performance indicators.
- Measure and monitor customer's achievement of critical KPIs.
- Establish regular cadence with clients including discovery meetings and executive business reviews.
- Identify, manage, and close up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform sales processes and product roadmaps.
