Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Managers, Account Directors, Key Account Directors, and managers to surpass business retention and expansion targets.
  • Drive commercial results by coaching and modeling 360-degree client relationship-building.
  • Forecast retention and growth accurately through operational rigor and inspection.
  • Manage talent and team development through mentorship and performance management programs.
  • Craft narratives for team performance and customer signals for leadership.
  • Recruit top talent for the growing team.
  • Act as a senior voice for the customer by aligning with Product, Enablement, and Marketing on roadmaps and GTM initiatives.
