- Articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing presence.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Managers, Account Directors, Key Account Directors, and managers to surpass business retention and expansion targets.
- Drive commercial results by coaching and modeling 360-degree client relationship-building.
- Forecast retention and growth accurately through operational rigor and inspection.
- Manage talent and team development through mentorship and performance management programs.
- Craft narratives for team performance and customer signals for leadership.
- Recruit top talent for the growing team.
- Act as a senior voice for the customer by aligning with Product, Enablement, and Marketing on roadmaps and GTM initiatives.
