Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of Sales or Sales Development experience.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Demonstrated success in driving outbound prospecting strategy to high-level personas.
- Passion for a career in technology and knowledge of the industry.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive messaging.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Commitment to integrity and deep sense of empathy.
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline for enterprise account executives through persistent, high-volume outreach and create customized messaging to drive qualified opportunities.
- Leverage a multi-channel outbound prospecting approach including calling, email, and LinkedIn to build repeatable, scalable processes.
- Cultivate value-driven conversations with Director and VP-level personas.
- Develop a territory plan with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers based on account tier scoring.
- Update activity metrics, meetings, and pipeline on a weekly basis.
- Execute high-impact trials and leverage account-based marketing strategies to triage target accounts.
