Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, customer-facing roles, or other B2B sales environments.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or digital assets is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interest in technology, fintech, and digital assets, with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote global team.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Openness to using AI and modern sales tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve productivity, prospect research, and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients across fintech, financial services, brokerages, and digital asset businesses throughout Latin America.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other sales engagement channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Shift Markets' white-label exchange technology and effectively communicate its value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline progression.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Continuously learn about the digital asset, fintech, and SaaS industries to better engage prospective clients.
  • Represent Shift Markets professionally across all customer interactions and, when applicable, at virtual or in-person industry events.
