Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and account management of B2B companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills, including metrics-driven and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit targets and expand market presence.
  • Sign up new B2B partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
  • Provide system training to new and existing partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the partner portfolio.
  • Perform account management, including acting as the first level of support.
  • Execute and manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup.
  • Monitor partner compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows.
  • Conduct market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API technology deals with partners.
