- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex features into value propositions.
- Experience planning product campaigns that drive market excitement and measurable usage.
- Proficiency in analytics and benchmarking to measure campaign success.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and efficiency strategies.
- Cross-functional leadership skills to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Entrepreneurial owner mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, including comfort presenting virtually to large audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of customers, pain points, and goals to develop differentiated value propositions.
- Leverage market research and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute product launches while ensuring alignment across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Design and lead launch campaigns to drive awareness and feature adoption.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote feature usage, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand, demand, and partner teams to support co-marketing efforts.
- Develop high-impact collateral such as sales guides, product blogs, videos, and white papers.
- Manage in-product education and tutorials to maximize feature adoption.
