Requirements
- Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Dedicated people leadership experience with a track record of scaling commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of financial services and payment business models in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Best-in-class positioning and messaging skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make recommendations with incomplete information.
- Business-owner mentality focused on revenue impact.
- Ability to self-direct and build processes in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers.
- Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture that values learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Own Marketing-influenced revenue growth for the Fintech portfolio, including adoption, activation, and usage metrics.
- Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Operate as a player/coach, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
- Partner with Fintech leadership, Product, Sales, and Finance to influence product roadmap, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
- Build a culture of marketing experimentation and analytics to drive Fintech revenue.
