Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
- Consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong storytelling abilities within discovery and product demo contexts.
- Excellent coaching, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with creatively problem-solving and automating routine tasks with AI.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to support multiple active customer opportunities across the Enterprise segment.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure technical and business alignment.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective stories through product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Webflow.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission.
