Requirements
- 7+ years in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Significant DoD or federal account experience.
- Proven track record running successful POCs and technical evaluations in complex federal environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- English language proficiency.
- Active TS/SCI eligibility or existing SCI access.
- Experience navigating federal integrations and SI-led delivery partnerships (e.g., Leidos, SAIC, Booz Allen).
- Working knowledge of CMMC, JSIG, or IC-specific compliance frameworks.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery across technical and business stakeholders to drive strategic account planning.
- Build and deliver tailored demos and sandbox environments with clear success criteria for federal prospects.
- Recommend reference architectures across general IT, classified, and IL4 to IL6 environments.
- Identify and mitigate technical blockers in POCs and contribute to internal technical standards.
- Articulate Vasion's differentiators and provide competitive positioning assets to the broader team.
- Mentor team members on discovery, demo craft, and competitive positioning.
- Surface field insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive product and practice improvements.
