Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean product management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean Canvas).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Github.
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate workflows.
- Fundamental understanding of software development processes and user experience (UX) design.
- Understanding of technical concepts including APIs and databases.
- Ability to interpret complex information and communicate to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to enterprise-level digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure the product meets business needs and translate to developer requirements.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is built to specification and meets the customer’s needs.
- Develop, drive, and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with product designers to ideate and build prototypes for new features.
- Lead Agile meetings such as sprint planning and sprint review.
- Identify potential market opportunities supported by existing products.
- Observe and track trends in the marketplace.
