Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in healthcare technology, strategy, or policy (preferred).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and clinical needs into viable technical solutions.
- Strong product discipline regarding user research and workflow understanding.
- Ability to make data-informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require (10% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and outcomes, ensuring measurable impact on clinical quality, patient experience, and business performance.
- Track and interpret key trends in value-based care, healthcare policy, and market dynamics.
- Own stakeholder and user research to inform product decisions, pilots, and iterations.
- Define and own success metrics, including product, operational, and pilot KPIs.
- Make and communicate tradeoff decisions balancing user needs, business value, effort, and scalability.
- Partner closely with engineering to explore solutions, collaborate in agile meetings, write technical specs, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences from care staff to executive leadership.
- Coach product managers, setting standards for product craft, execution, and ownership.
