Requirements
- 3+ years of residential property management experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional property management teams.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Strong understanding of leasing, vacancy management, unit turns, maintenance coordination, rent collections, lease renewals, and evictions.
- Proficiency in property management software, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
- Ability to oversee multiple properties and competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across the Miami and Orlando property portfolio.
- Manage, mentor, and develop teams across leasing, operations, maintenance, and business development.
- Oversee leasing operations, vacancy management, and rental pricing strategies.
- Coordinate unit turns, maintenance teams, and vendor performance to meet quality standards and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and drive retention through proactive service.
- Monitor rent collections, delinquency reports, and support eviction processes.
- Develop scalable operational workflows, SOPs, and accountability systems.
